Daniel de Groot

Daniel de Groot has a BA in Industrial Design from the Queensland University of Technology. He joined Buchan Group Architects in Brisbane on graduation and worked there for two years on projects such as the $100m Harbour Town shopping centre project on the Gold Coast, before coming to the UK and joining SHH. Since joining SHH in 2000, Daniel has worked on a huge variety of identity, 2D graphics, signage, lighting and environmental branding projects, including the flagship store for McDonald’s in Oxford Street, which won six major international awards, including the Best Retail Graphics Award at the RED Awards 2004.
