





Polish-born architect Pawel Nawojczyk lived in Peru, New Zealand and Chile before returning to Poland to study and qualify as an architect at the Gdansk University of Technology. He worked in Poland alongside and after his studies for the Malgorzata Wojnowska practice and also as a supervisor for the ALFA Construction Company, gaining experience in design, architecture, structural engineering and building before moving to the UK in 2004, joining SHH straight upon arrival. Having begun at SHH as an Architectural Assistant, Pawel worked his way up to become a company Associate after 6 years at the practice. His SHH portfolio includes leisure projects such as the Nolita restaurant and several schemes for McDonald’s, but mainly features large-scale London residences, including the View Road project, winner of the 2010 Best Eco House Award at the International Architecture and Design Awards.
