Sophie Pedersen

Associate Sophie Pedersen became an invaluable asset to the company's management team through her handling of complex and demanding projects such as the £10m Parkcity Hotel, where she was a key member of the on-site team who helped transform a run-down backpacker two star, 96-room hotel into a four star, 64-room luxury hotel environment.  Sophie first joined SHH in 2004 (from a background in luxury residential and resort projects in Australia and the Pacific) and has worked on both residential and leisure projects since then, including the first 37º health and fitness centre at More London.  She currently heads up some of SHH's largest luxury residential projects, from a £6m Georgian manor house set in 40 acres of land to a £15m, 18,500 sq ft new-build house in north London.
