London’s first true Kyoto restaurant, Umu, setting a new standard in authentic Japanese cooking. SHH worked with American designers tonychi and associates (experts in this field) as implementing architects/architects of record, as well as designing the restaurant’s identity. Umu is a sumptuous haven of dark materials, the highest quality finishes and stunning one-off features.
