Transformation of an existing rundown two star, 96-room hotel into a £10m, four star, 64-room luxury hotel. As well as the new bedrooms, all ensuite, SHH created a new, controlled single hotel entrance, a hugely-increased lobby area, new bar to the restaurant’s rear, new Cafeteria/Breakfast Room and a dedicated restaurant on the lower-ground area.
