Avenue Road, St John's Wood

Complete gutting and refurbishment of interior of large, 6-bed north London house, removing all internal walls and reconfiguring space, including putting in a completely new lower-ground floor. The £5m project also included extensive external landscaping incorporating a new outdoor swimming pool and pool house.
