Planning consent sought and obtained for a sensitive location for the refurbishment of 120,000 sq ft Grade-II listed Devonport House plus a new-build block for mature student accommodation for the University of Greenwich, as well as for a major, contemporary new-build 8,934 sq ft conference, training and accommodation centre – all part of Greenwich's famous Devonport Buildings, within a World Heritage Site.
