Taking a split-level avant-garde 1960’s house in Hampstead’s conservation area and substantially increasing floor area and adding value to the property by developing a contemporary design solution for the site, reconfiguring the property speculatively as a 5-bedroom private residence for a target professional couple client and substantially increasing the property’s sales value.
