SHH’s Interior Design, Decoration and Styling team has just completed a showflat for developer client The Landmark Group.  The 2,800 sq ft simplex apartment was designed to a brief to appeal to a target customer profile of a well-travelled, professional couple in their 40s.  The apartment, on the raised ground floor of a 5-storey, new-build block, is comprised of a lobby area; an open-plan living and dining area; a kitchen; three bedrooms and an external, semi-sheltered patio area. The interiors treatment set stand-out artwork and accessories from Africa and Asia within a clean and bright overall European interiors style.
