SHH Senior Designer Addy Walcott was invited back to this year's Bar Show event, which took place in early June at London's Earls Court, after excelling as a panellist at the same show in 2006. The theme for this year's workshop debate was 'What's in a name?', focusing on the importance of a strong identity in the success of a bar or restaurant and on how branding can express the tone, spirit and personality of an operation, as a key distinguishing factor from rival outlets. Addy was joined on the panel by Gabriel Murray of Studio 48 and Tim Bacon from Living Ventures. The Chair was Tabitha Wade from Jelly Haus Design.
