Somerset House’s outdoor Summer bar, overlooking the Thames, has been designed and styled this year by SHH, working together with operator partner Compass Group.  The tented bar, which uses a special stretch-skin fabric by French manufacturer Doublet, is also doubling up as a restaurant this year under the name ‘Tom’s Terrace’, whilst Michelin-starred chef Tom Aiken’s indoor restaurant at the same venue undergoes a refurbishment.
